Pneumatic conveying system of bin pump
This system is a dense phase high pressure pneumatic conveying system with air compressor as air source and sending tank to transport materials. The system has the characteristics of low flow rate, low gas consumption, suitable for long distance and large capacity transportation, and easy to realize fluidization transportation for materials with good air permeability, and has the characteristics of low noise and less crushing. It is suitable for conveying cement, fly ash, mineral powder, foundry sand, chemical raw materials and other grinding materials. The material is controlled by the feeding valve from the hopper and added to the sending tank (bin pump). The air compressor generates high-pressure gas, and the material is transported to the designated material warehouse at a certain speed. After the separation of the material and gas, the gas is discharged into the atmosphere or connected to the air network of the dust collector after dust removal.
Pneumatic conveying bin pump system (also known as dense phase pneumatic conveying system or high-pressure pneumatic conveying system) uses 0.2 to 0.8 MPa compressed air as carrier to transport bulk powder materials into designated equipment by air flow. Due to the low transmission speed, it can reduce the pipeline wear and particle breakage, and the gas consumption is small, which is very beneficial for the use of inert gas in explosion-proof occasions, and small-sized terminal gas separation equipment can be used. The dense phase pneumatic conveying bin pump is equipped with fluidizing plate for efficient transportation.
The dense phase pneumatic conveying system provided by us has the characteristics of high gas-solid ratio (up to 1:50), energy saving and consumption reducing. Meanwhile, the capacity of dense phase pneumatic conveying system can reach 50t / h (single dense phase tank) and the conveying distance can reach 1200m (under the condition of pressurization with companion pipe).
